Background
Genesis Campus holds a special place in our hearts as the birthplace of Victorious Education Services in 1999. Located in the historic Old Kampala and vibrant Downtown areas, this campus embodies our foundational commitment to nurturing young minds through Christ-centered early childhood development.
Our Biblical Foundation
At Genesis Campus, we root our education in God’s Word, particularly Genesis 1:26-28 and Genesis 2:15, where God calls us to care for His creation, have dominion over it, and multiply it. We help our youngest learners understand that every profession in this world revolves around caring for God’s creation – whether as farmers tending plants and animals, doctors and nurses caring for human bodies, or pastors nurturing spirits by keeping them aligned with God.
Educational Programs
- Daycare: Loving care for very young children in a nurturing Christian environment
- Kindergarten Classes: Baby Class (K.1), Middle Class (K.2), Pre-Primary Class (K.3)
- Biblical Learning Integration: Early Childhood Development (ECD) that helps children grow mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially, with every lesson connected to God’s purposes
Daily Life at Genesis: Each school day begins with morning devotion and prayer, where we give thanks for the new day and seek wisdom, guidance, and understanding for the learning ahead. We believe, as Psalm 119:105 teaches us, that God’s Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, giving us direction in all learning.
Comprehensive Care
- Nutrition: Breakfast (7:00-7:30 AM), mid-morning snack (9:30-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-1:30 PM), and evening snack
- Safe Environment: Clean and secure spaces designed for young learners
- Health Care: Regular medical checkups and prompt treatment when children are sick
- Technology: Modern computer lab to introduce children to digital literacy
- Sports & Recreation: Swimming, netball, games, football and many other activities
- Transport Services: Convenient pickup and drop-off in Bombo Road, Busabala Road, Busega, Entebbe Road, Downtown and nearby areas.
Character Development
We handle discipline not as punishment, but as a loving and restorative process that shapes a child’s heart and character. Following Hebrews 12:6 – “The Lord disciplines the one he loves” – we use every moment as an opportunity to teach biblical values of respect, responsibility, and integrity. We are strongly against corporal punishment and instead focus on forming the heart, not just fixing behavior.
