To enable communities to identify, mobilise and connect the resources within and around them and utilise them to solve their challenges.
We instil Christian values and empower pupils, parents, and staff to actively engage in community work, promoting growth and positive mindset change so communities can leverage their own strengths.
We collaborate with communities to overcome barriers, ensuring children and youth in our catchment areas reach their full developmental potential and achieve their life goals.
Our initiatives focus on creating healthy, safe, and clean communities for everyone, while also equipping local teachers with practical skills to enhance content delivery and improve academic performance across the region.
Victorious Education Services empowers communities through educational programs. They offer free computer and life skills training, along with bursaries, to over 200 children, and provide teacher and leadership training to enhance regional education. Their "Soap Project" sustainably funds these initiatives, alongside strong community partnerships, aiming for holistic community advancement.
Victorious Education Services champions community health and safety through its "Counselling and Empowerment Centre offering vital support to pupils, parents, staff, and local residents. Since 2012, our health education initiatives have reached nearly 2,000 annually, complemented by annual Free Medical Camps benefiting over 16,500 individuals. Collaborative efforts also established the Bakuli Community Police Post (impacting 20,000 residents) and the Only Public Toilet in Bakuli, serving 5,000 people and emphasising hygiene.
Victorious Education Services drives enterprise development through training in financial literacy, business management, and entrepreneurship, impacting approximately 750 individuals across ten community groups since 2019. Utilising an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, we have spurred diverse economic activities like soap and clothing production. Our 2022 ABCD Centreoffers ten lock-up shops for product marketing, fostering self-reliance. The Centre also serves as a learning hub for various organisations and community leaders, with KCCA donating a briquette solar dryer to boost production by the God‘s Grace group
Victorious Education Services champions environmental preservation through its Tree Planting Campaign and Kicking Kaveera Out of Uganda" initiative, also leading the "Community General Cleaning" that helped Bakuli become Rubaga Division's cleanest village. Their holistic community empowerment efforts have earned them the Uganda CSR award (2016), a Rotary Club-Rubaga Community Services award, a Community Impact certificate from Hon. Janet Kataha Museveni (May 2023), and the Gender Equality Seal bronze category from UNDP (Dec 2023).
